Your clinical pathway

Four accountable decisions around one infusion.

Clinic Terrain connects suitability, dose, monitored administration and the observed response. The product is only one part of the care.

01 · INTAKE

Resolve suitability first

Objective, medical history, medication, allergies, previous IV reactions and prior NAD+ exposure are reviewed before a dose is confirmed.

Output: a clear clinical question and unresolved safety points.
02 · PHYSICIAN

Choose dose and setting

The physician may approve, modify, delay or decline treatment. Dose, expected duration and villa, hotel or clinic setting are confirmed before payment.

Output: a documented route, not an automatic upgrade.
03 · SESSION

Monitor the actual infusion

Baseline vital signs, infusion rate and symptoms guide the session. The attending team can slow, pause or stop administration when clinically indicated.

Recorded: dose, rate, duration, tolerance and relevant observations.
04 · FOLLOW-UP

Use the response for the next decision

Subjective response, adverse effects and any relevant measurements are reviewed before a repeat protocol is proposed. No response is guaranteed.

Next step: continue, modify, investigate further or stop.
01

Your physician chooses the starting route

Clinic Terrain offers four dose levels: 100mg, 250mg, 500mg and 750mg. A higher dose is not automatically a better dose. The decision uses your objective, relevant history, medication, current condition, previous NAD+ exposure and prior infusion tolerance.

02

Assessment comes before administration

The clinical team confirms identity, objective, relevant history, medication, allergies, previous IV reactions and baseline vital signs. The physician may approve, modify, delay or decline the proposed treatment. The 750mg protocol requires physician clearance and a dedicated 4–6 hour window.

03

The infusion rate follows tolerance

NAD+ infusion can produce gastrointestinal discomfort, chest pressure or changes in heart rate in some people. The attending team monitors the session and can slow, pause or stop administration when clinically indicated. Magnesium may be included when medically appropriate, but Clinic Terrain does not claim that it has been proven to prevent NAD+ infusion symptoms or improve NAD+ absorption.

04

What NAD+ can, and cannot, promise

NAD+ is central to cellular redox reactions and energy metabolism. That biological role does not prove that an IV will reverse ageing, create a new baseline or deliver a guaranteed subjective outcome. Individual response varies; the commercial claim must stay narrower than the mechanism.

NAD+ · independently retrievable analysis

Two 500mg NAD+ presentations have published analytical records.

The lyophilised record is the stronger result because it reports identity, quantity and purity. Clinic Terrain carries responsibility for connecting the current lot to its presentation-specific release record before clinical use.

Direct answers

The practical questions this page resolves.

How much does NAD+ IV therapy cost in Bali?

Current listed prices are Rp 2.39m for 100mg, Rp 3.39m for 250mg, Rp 3.89m for 500mg and Rp 4.39m for 750mg. Confirm the current total before booking.

Can NAD+ be administered at my villa?

Villa or hotel administration may be arranged across Bali when clinically appropriate and operationally available. The team confirms location and timing.

Who chooses the dose?

A physician confirms suitability and dose after reviewing the relevant clinical context. The largest dose is not an automatic upgrade.

Is magnesium included with the NAD+ infusion?

Yes. When medically appropriate, Clinic Terrain includes magnesium support before and after the NAD+ phase in the listed protocol price. The attending clinical team confirms suitability, including relevant renal, medication and electrolyte considerations.

Why may magnesium be included?

Magnesium may be included when the physician considers it appropriate for the individual protocol. Clinic Terrain does not present magnesium as proven to prevent NAD+ infusion symptoms or to increase NAD+ absorption.

Are NMN and TMG part of every NAD+ protocol?

No. NMN may be proposed as an optional continuity companion between infusions. TMG may be proposed when methyl-donor economy and the individual biochemical context justify it. The clinical team explains the role, timing and price before either is added.

Evidence position

Direct human IV NAD+ evidence remains small. Current studies can inform mechanism, infusion behaviour and tolerability; they do not support guaranteed energy, anti-ageing or regeneration outcomes.
