01

Information you choose to share

Your first message may include the service you are considering, your area in Bali and what you would like help with. In WhatsApp, you may choose to add health history, medication, documents or other details when they are relevant to your request.

02

How the information is used

Clinic Terrain uses it to route your request, prepare a useful first response, coordinate the appropriate level of clinical attention and maintain continuity when a care relationship begins. Limited technical data may also support security, measurement and service improvement.

03

Website measurement without health content

Clinic Terrain records limited operational events such as landing page, campaign or referral source, an anonymous conversation reference, and whether a WhatsApp call-to-action was viewed or selected. The measurement endpoint does not accept patient messages, symptoms, medication, documents, names or phone numbers.

04

WhatsApp and authorized access

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and processes information under its own terms. Within Clinic Terrain, access is limited to authorized coordination and clinical team members who need the information for your request and care.

05

Retention and your choices

Information is retained only as needed for coordination, clinical record, operational and legal obligations. You may ask the team about access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting Clinic Terrain on WhatsApp.

06

Urgent situations

The website and WhatsApp are not emergency channels. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, contact the appropriate emergency service immediately.
