NAD+ and peptide COA verification
behind the product trail.

Clinic Terrain connects the patient, the physician’s decision, the exact presentation and its analytical evidence. These four QR-verified records are genuine Chromate entries. Each record remains bounded to the molecule, presentation and measurements stated by the laboratory.

What reassures a serious patient

A real analytical record, read at the scope the laboratory actually tested.

Each QR code was decoded and each direct link was checked against Chromate’s live database. Every link below opens the exact laboratory job and its downloadable certificate.

Publication and product release are separate decisions. Before a product is described as batch-traced, the precise presentation and lot being proposed must be reconciled with applicable documentation during the clinical release step.

The verification scope is limited to the measurements named on each laboratory record. Other release controls are assessed separately.

NAD+ has two relevant 500mg references. Tirzepatide and retatrutide have authentic records, but each result remains specific to the tested presentation and cannot be transferred to a different product.

Clinical product release

The COA is one gate in a six-part chain.

  1. 01Clinical relevance

The physician selects, refuses or postpones the molecule.

  2. 02Exact presentation

Molecule, form and strength must match.

  3. 03Current lot

The vial or cartridge must carry a resolvable lot.

  4. 04Matching analysis

The laboratory record must apply to that presentation and lot.

  5. 05Receipt and storage

Origin, arrival and handling remain documented.

  6. 06Patient record

The released product stays connected to dose and follow-up.

Product-specific verification

Documentation matched to the product, not borrowed from another molecule.

Certificates are linked only to the exact molecule and presentation tested. For BPC-157, GHK-Cu and TB-500, no general certificate is borrowed from the records above. Any proposed product requires its own source-, presentation- and batch-specific documentation review.
